Keywords Rank with white hat strategy

Hi Folks

I want to rank my one keyword and kindly let me know how i can do this with your experience ...

I can pay for backlinks and can spend time for manual work...

My blog is index with few pages and i watching at daily base what keywords people search and coming on my blog pages...

now please help to me how i can make rank 10K to 50K pr month keyword search keyword ...

Example my keyword is "Cute puppies" and people searching "too cute puppies" with very low monthly searches how i can rank cute puppies keywords ? with low monthly searches keywords ?

i should work with tier 1 2 3 backlinks ?

and what work i should manually for make backlinks and that should be free ? like social bookmarking

Please help to me rank my keywords share your experience BHW experts ....

You need backlinks, the costlier, the better.

Social bookmarking is old school.

You need to write a pillar article focusing the targeted keywords and niche relevant backlinks pointing towards it. If thats not enough, build more links with diversity until you are on the top.

Easier said than done.

In easy words which keywords I should use for rank main keywords ? I used low competition keywords for rank main keywords ?
