Keyword tools for small countries, which one is least useless?

Working mostly bosnian/croatian/serbian market. Ahrefs and semrush both show 0 volume for keywords that bring me clients every week, so volume data there is basically decoration.

Right now i just use search console, autocomplete and go by feeling. Works fine but its slow and i cant really show it to client.

Anybody working small markets found tool that is not completly blind there? Or everybody is on GSC + guessing?
