what's the optimal ratio of keywords to content i should keep.

if content is 1000 words long, I would do 5 exact keywords + try to put in another 10-20 related/LSI keywords there. The primarily focus would still be making sure that the content reads well. I would sacrifice some of the LSI keywords if they make reading unnatural.
And since you are dealing in web hosting niche which is tough, content alone is not going to work - you will need links to those posts. Rewrite the content, convert into PDFs, audios, videos, infographics, etc ... and share to relative distribution channels (like slideshare, youtube, etc ...).

can you help me how often i should target my keywords on anchor link
like in each post i add my brand name anchor link.

what is the point of stuffing keyword when there are a lot of other related keywords you can use. Google does not rank contents base on absolute keyword but can rank related keywords as well.

Keyword stuffing is not a tactic anyone should consider in 2019.
On the other had I have a few sites I am working on and the competition ranking in the top few spots have probably close 8-10% keyword desity. Its stuffed and it ranks, but there are also sites on page one that aren't stuffed. Just do it right and it will pay off.
Not to mention keyword stuffed content does read well nor convert well.
