Use Paid tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs. If you have a tight budget, then search for a free SEO Research tool or one with a free trial and use it along with SERP analysis. I use SEMRush for quite a long time, so I don't really know what are the best free SEO research tools these days, so you will have to find that on your own

To do a best keyword research you must have to use paid keyword tools like Ahrefs MOZ semrush etc you can also work with KGR

Semrush was the first tool I used so I feel a lot more confident using it. Although many people here would suggest ahrefs as well. Saying this, depending on your niche while you grow the site you could just use things like google trends, autosuggest, and google keyword planner. and monitor results with GSC.

From my point of view:
Ahref and SEMrush is the best for Keyword Research.
