Hello, I want to know how to best choose keyword.
Better to choose keyword with low competition and low monthly searches or high searches?
I am not asking about how to monetize, or niche,just what better?
Competition and monthly search,what better to look when choosing keyword? :

Choose the keyword which has low competition,then you can get rankings easily.if it has high competition then it is hard to rank.

For example, keyword has low competition but it has like 50,000 monthly searches and on google like there is about 128,000,000 searches when i try to find that keyword on google, or I don't need to check google?
Oh and maybe better is to choose keyword with low competition and like <5000 monthly searches?
What is better?

If you're using the google keyword tool then you're referring to the adwords competition, which is not competition you need to be looking at. Get the number of searches and a few other pieces of data from the keyword tool, then do serp​ competition analysis with another tool.
