I have written around 30 posts in my blog so far and I didn't really do keyword research. I am starting to do serious keyword research for my blog. Should I do the keyword research in all my older posts or I should only start to do for my upcoming posts?

Also,I am using SEO presser wordpress plugin for my blog, any advice on using that plugin? As in,should i use all the same keywords for all my posts?

Just use G keyword tool to check which keywords are already prevalent on your page and concentrate on those in your new posts

keeping the same keyword will make the keyword good and valuable in terms of paying to search engines.

Well, if your old ones are already indexed, the best thing which you could do is write new articles and interlink the new articles with the old ones :) Should eas up the process.

Also, try to make a short check on the old ones and see if you have any keywords in the headings or in the title, so maybe you can find out if you already rank for some terms (google analytics).

For future articles just try to make the keyword research FIRST, and then write the content :)
