I am doing Keyword Research for Mobile and web application development company targeting for Austin. Need Tips for effective Keyword Research.....

I recommend using Keyword Planner or another keyword mining software. You can easily find those with a brief Google search. And you can always use the search bar on BHW as well. I think you need to start by learning more about the company you’re working for. And, you already know that you need to include the words “mobile and web app development (in) Austin.” Everything else should be covered by the software. If you're still not clear on what to do, look into what the competition is doing.

Occupation doesn't matter dear....
There are always scope of ideas in SEO....Not necessary that I know Everything as I am SEO Expert...Strategies differs from person to person and that's why I asked this question....

You have some reason, but keyword research is a primary thing. If you are working on SEO, it's one of the first things that you should dominate.
