Hi Black Hat World,
I've been lurking in the shadows of this site for a year or so, I trust all of your opinions if I were to ask a question. But, now I have a serious question that needs to be answered, or at least some advice.
Last year, I started 2 companies, 1 is a software company, 1 is a VA/Services company for the niche I am in. (I provide people with automation solutions for the platform they use) I manage people's accounts in this this platform via a software me and my developer have built. They pay me onthly to manage their accounts and get them the result they want to achieve
In the last 6 months, business has quadroupled, i went from making nothing, to making 6 figures per year, and business is STILL increasing.
I had befriended a customer (i know i know.... should not have done that. but it was just a natural instinct)
Heres the difficult part, I made this software with the inentions of selling it to every day people who need automation solutions to free up their spare time to spend with their families.
My new "Friend" is now using the software to also start a "VA" business like mine, he spams on IG and gets customer's that way, i work through SEO and SOME instagram.
My problem is that the more clients he gets, that's less clients for me, in turn he is my direct competition.
I do not feel this is benefitting my business in any way, its actually hurting my business.
Should I not sell him anymore software?
Should I leave it alone?
What would you do in this situation?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance
MG
