Dude, it's more easier now to get your own site :

1- Get a DMCA Ignored hosting from the marketplace here.
2- Get a streaming script from codecanyon, that support IPTV.
3- Get IPTV subscriptions, add channels & launch.

There are some scripts that automate the process : they fetch the game data through API & match it with the channels list, but If you've got time & the traffic as you mentioned, that's worth it.
