JV with Email scraper/Bulk Emailer for new product

Hey guys, I'm looking for a JV with someone who has Email blaster and scraper capabilities. I want to get the word out about a new product fast. I am looking for somebody who can output 400-600 emails per hour (however, I've seen members who say they can get thousands out per hour - that would be awesome). Product sells for about the price of two fast food value meals (in other words, it doesn't cost that much). After paypal fees, I will give JV partner what amounts to about half of each sale. I can give you more details if you are interested. My my goal is to get 1,000,000 emails sent about the product minimum. Email extractor that can target specific keywords is tremendously helpful. All commissions earned from sales will be transferred to your paypal account.

I will provide the email message, and lists that I have. I have also prepared additional sales material for interested customers who do not buy on the first attempt. I do not want to get banned or have any other problems, so I am counting on the Joint venture partner's know-how to get around that. My product is not junk - it actually delivers on its promises for the niche that would need it. I can provide daily status reports. I can stand interested parties more details as requested.
