JV - Web Hosting Company Need JV partner

I am partnered with specialize, Niche specific hosting company. There are 3 people works now - 1 tech, 1 support and 1 developer, we would like to partner with someone who can send us web hosting related traffic. we can discuss profit sharing terms. all you have to do, bring decent traffic, we will take care of the rest, such as daily backups, account creations, maintenance and tech support.. etc

let me know if anyone like the Idea, (minmum 50/50 profit sharing) lets me know your terms
