Requirements thumbnail creator:
* Can write and speak English
* Proficient with Photoshop or equivalent ( Canva is a huge NO!)

Requirements video editors:
* Can write and speak English
* Proficient with Adobe premiere, Vegas Pro or
equivalent.

Payment varies per project and most of them are long term.
