JV - need small investor for large project

Ive got a large-scale website that Ive been working on for the past couple months that needs start up funds to get off the ground. This is a project in a very untapped niche that will easily explode with the marketing campaign i have setup. This is not a black hat site either, all of my campaign efforts so far and what i have planned are simple white hat measures to ensure we get the right SEO rankings. This means your investment is guaranteed returns , as the website will literally sell itself with the unique functionality i have designed and programmed in, and the fact that it is completely white hat. i can't disclose many details here publicly, but i need someone who would be interested in investing a small amount of funds to get operations up and running immediately.

you literally have to do no work, im a professional web developer (my portfolio is available by request) and i will be managing the entire project with my core staff. in return for your investment, you will be included in the websites growth and will hold a share in the revenue. proifts will be high, and the turn around potential for your investment is even higher.

quite frankly i had planned on doing this myself since ive gotten alot of positive feedback about the basic idea of the service, but im now planning on making this much larger then what i had in mind at first.

how much investment are you looking for?

ok i read ur pm and ur site looks good, i have that much to invest but obviously its hard to trust a stranger especially when the amount involved is that big.... I have a proposal for fellow blackhatters here, if you see potential in his project then we can combine and invest, say 10 people can combine and invest 100 bux each... that would minimize the risks and as he says the profit will be manyfolds, if he profits then all 10 of the investors will get decent amount as compared to the investment

sounds like a solid idea. however with the investment being so small, i think its going to be hard to find 10 willing investors to invest into a startup project which would pay out so little for them. with this being bhw, alot of them are going to be skeptical to investment any amount at all.

I know, but they might be skeptical, but theyr not idiots , so if your project really has potential which i believe it has , and ur a genuine guy ,which I really dunno then I guess serious investors wont mind pooling in 100 bux... every business has risks, investing 100 bux shouldnt be a problem imho... lets see... if your lucky you might find a single investor...

its gonna take you some time honestly in convincing people cz lately thrs been a lot of scam offers which really pissed many people off
