I'm looking for someone to JV with who is good at marketing or knows where to get clients for web development services. We could do as far as 50/50 depending on your client's budget.

HTML/CSS/JS
ReactJS
NodeJS
MongoDB
I do prefer to work with front-end only websites but backend is doable too.

i m marketing expert. and i can find clients from anywhere. we also do seo promotion work.

I am a web developer (wordpress based) from Bangladesh and i am good at develop restaurant website (online order + visual table booking and many more) + salon, spa, plumber, Dental, yoga, lawyer website with modern and Most advanced appointment booking system, real estate website, vacation rental website, construction, cleaning company, car wash booking website.
I can provide also some High quality point of sale and erp system (self hosted developed by php), e-commerce website...

Currently i am wokring on fiverr but it is very hard to get new clients on fiverr..

I am looking someone who can drive clients, so that we can make money together..
All the payment will go to your paypal or stripe (beacuse my country not support Stripe and paypal).

I have started a agency website but i didn’t design it completely beacuse i don't know how to get clients.
Please replay me, i need someone help to get stands
