Are people really willing to give you 20% just for using your adsense account? Are adsense account really that hard to register or why the 20%?

I have a pretty old adsense account with 50€ on it that I earned legit for many years ago when I was a kid. Are you saying I can rent out my adsense account to anyone for a 20% fee on all earnings? I do nothing and earn 20%?
