[JV] Looking for a skilled web developer team

I have a well-established file download website, the files are 1-300 GB in size respectively. I want to introduce Saas for faster download. I currently provide fast downloads for free. i am planning to provide free users with a 1mbps speed of download and paid users will be given unlimited speed & various other features like multiple downloads etc etc.

I have tried many times with different developers but always the server crashes & the developer team loses interest too.

If anyone from here can build a saas platform as I want, I am ready to split 40% of the total revenue generated from saas. i have a partner also, we will divide 30-30-40.

I already have good traffic, if also we get 1% conversion from saas we will get around 200-250 people subscribing our service. My competitors are doing it i can see them and i want to try it too. if anyone is interested in this JV and has a team of experienced devlopers please DM me.

- How are you currently providing the files? Are they hosted on your server or do you use file hosting services?
- What kind of content do the files contain?
- Could you provide an estimate of the total size of all the files and the anticipated download traffic (either weekly or monthly)? This information will assist in calculating the costs associated with the required server.
- Who handles the SAAS payments? Do you have a payment processor in place that will handle payments for the type of files you are providing?
