[JV] Let's monetize my targeted emails!

Hellow guys,
I have really great oportunity for one of you. I have list of of customers (including emails and what they bought) of one B2B software company ($XXX M yearly revenue). I'm looking for succesfull experienced email marketer, who will help me to monetize this list. I will provide more information via PM.

I'm not looking for someone who just wanna spam these mails with some shitty offers. I expect that we will work together to break this list to smaller sets and then target these customers with some high conversion professional looking email offers. I have no experience with email marketing, so that's the reason why I'm looking for someone, but I have many experiences from other part of online business and also with programming.

JV Approved on the basis that this is genuinely a partnership to monetize the list. Offers to buy or sell the list should be reported.

I have experience, but there are tons of questions regarding your offer.

To be honest, I was not thinking about budget. I have no experience with email marketing, but what we will need some VPS and some code for sending emails and tracking. I can write the code and also rent some VPS, but I need to know, that you have done this earlier and you can prove your success.
Some mails are older (5years) and not sure if the corporation are still use them, but many of them are fresh.
