JV in real estate? interested?

Please note : this is not a financial joint venture says i'm looking for somebody to put money in to my lands.

I have few lands in Sri Lanka which has like 100 perches each

These are the uniqueness they carrying

1st land is near seafront in baticola.
( I'm looking for somebody to share profits 50/50 if you have an idea what we can do on this land. very close by to tourism market)

2nd land is full of rubber trees
( It has like 100 rubber trees and with my other works i can't manage it. if you can manage it or got a better idea we can share 50/50 profits)

3rd land is full tea plants
(^ this says all. This land also i has no time to manage with my other works. so if you can manage it or got a better idea we can share 50/50 profits)


Please note. I don't sell any of these lands. Nor i'm looking for financial investments.
