Hello I want to JV with everyone who needs comments or ratings for any Youtube Projects. Basically we will exchange comments and ratings for one another. I will organize this to ensure people receive the ratings and comments they need.

What country and time zone you are in. (So we can match people up, so they can give ratings and comments in a timely manner.)

What hours of the day based on where you live in your time zone can you give ratings and comments?

How many youtube accounts do you have?
