Yes JAP used to be good. But I think a SMM business in general is just very hard to run.
Don't see how they can stay relevant in the long term.
Unfortunately at the end of the day, there isn't much you can do. A small risk we take when using Blackhat Marketing services.

Idk why we have this kind of people here .. they can't even do business right and they really don't understand if a client is happy he may pay more than what he spent the first time.They see short term not long term . Op next time never use bitcoin as a payment method.

believe me or not i use JAP since 2017 (but not use it everyday) and there is no problem.
until recently i deposit $50 (never doing this before) so i order youtube subcribers twitter followers and instagram followers and until now my order never complete i dont know why! so i contact their support and they always said sorry and sorry. and now i cant trust JAP anymore i want leave JAP but i have $50 there ah this big money for me.
so for all of you dont deposit too much in JAP or you will lose your money.

I spent 20k USD on their panel and I can say that panel is big trash, more than half services not working, every service not as described, support is too slow, more than one week you have to wait for help...

There are some gems on there. But its mostly hit or miss. And god help you if you have a problem with an order or even a question about any of their services.
