No, I don't... In my country (ehh, Eastern Europe, probably the shittiest part of it) to get a 1GB connection will cost me like 90$/month
 
In Czech Rep. you would pay over $100 i am pretty sure.

I am now paying like $20 for 10/mbps Down. and 5/mbps UP
It's horrible

Yea, Eastern EU has good speeds, my country ranks 5th when it comes to the speed of fixed broadband and 10th on the mobile top chart.
I use this 4G for $20/month: https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/4246179132, while it's not as fast or cheap as OP's, it's mobile, fixed broadbands are cheaper of course here too.

How do you use 4G? I mean, on desktop or laptop, via router?

Meanwhile in the Philippines, people are paying $24 for a 3 mbps download and 0.85 mbps upload. Total RIP OFF! Unfortunately, we don't have a choice.

The 4G sim is in my tablet, i rarely power on my laptop nowadays. If i want to use it with my laptop, i just connect the tablet via usb and share the connection or i make a wifi hotspot from the tablet. Before that i used usb dongle with the sim in it.
 
WTF, $12? I get like 30Mbps and pay over $70 limited to 1 TB data transfer per month, United States internet is a joke.

Those numbers are insane for that price. For 400mb fiber you pay around €100 here.
