Get a domain. Get hosting. Link your domain to your host. Install Wordpress via Cpanel. You're done.
how do i install plugins incxm and .xrg are 2 different things.
cxm - They host the "blog" for you so you get a domain of my_custom_subdomain . wordpres s. cxm - or you can pay to have a custom top level domain, You are limited on some of the functionality unless you upgrade. Great way to get up and going quickly and for free.
xrg - Place to download the wordpress frameword to put on your own server. so that you can customize it anyway that you want. Like mentioned above you will need 1. Domain name, 2. Hosting (Hostgator, ixwebhosting, blue host, etc...) to put the files on
