Hi, i just started using tumblr, i want to build few big blogs and use later to promote website.

I know there is a lot of you guys who are in this for a long time, i am newbie, so my questions are:
- How much users I can or it's recommended to follow daily?
- How much likes I can do daily?
- How much accounts on same IP I can have?

Now I use 2 blog (each on separate account), but will make more in future.

Also any tips how to get followers will be helpful.

2. I'm not sure about this one but probably 200 as well.
3. 5 accounts per IP. Well I stretched it to 10 accounts per IP before, better off doing 5 though
 
I have 16 account on the same IP, not create in the same time, I follow 0 peoples, now I can made big post with reblog in my network, but in first you need to begin big, for that I have use reblog in fiverr

Maybe I can help you for free reblog what is your niche ?

you actually bought reblog's off of fiverr? how much did that help you grow. I know when I create my new accounts I reblog from my main and I gain a couple hundred followers but I've never seen it really be worth $5+ for a gig...

Sounds reasonable, but just to state, there are no hard and fast rules. There is a difference in following 200 users a day ONCE A WEEK, than doing it 7 days a week.

@OP, don't take anything you read as gospel, test, try things out, what works for others and their niche may not work for you and vice versa. Add some randomness (i.e. don't follow 200 every day, +-20% etc)

As to how many accounts per IP. As many as you are prepared to lose if one gets banned :-)
 
5 account per ip is great and Safe

Yes, thanks buddy. I made 2 new accs recently and they got banned. Will create some new later, busy right now with instagram and pinterest.
 
these limits, are they hard limits where you can't follow any more after that? I'm using tumbling jazz and have followed 3300 over the last 24 hours.. several times and haven't been banned or anything

Don't worry you will be banned soon, I used 1 private proxy per account and followed about 500 per day, after few day BAM accs banned.
 
200 is the limit. No idea how you are following over that because it does not accept the requests. It might show you followed the user but it won't have actually happened.
If you make the account look automated then you can expect to be banned. You want to look as human as possible.
 
Follow limit is 200 but keep little under 200.
I usually likes 200/day
Can have many accounts/IP, but it's better to keep 3-5 accounts/IP. Clear cookies every time if you login to them using browser. Never login to 2 accounts at the same time using single IP, especially if you are using a bot. I got several accounts banned due to this.
Post few interesting gifs related to your niche (during 8pm-12pm USA time) as gifs get more engagements in tumblr.This will increase your followers.
Focus on 2-3 accounts and try to build them, then you can build other accounts around that very fast.
