Just don't try to learn everything all at once. Start off by writing relevant content, then get a handle on some basics in on-page optimization and then move ont backlinking.

Stick to writing helpful, original content first—this is the foundation of good SEO. Then slowly build relevant backlinks and don’t get confused by all conflicting online takes.

Dont overthink SEO at the start, just pick one niche, publish consistently, and learn as you go

from what i have seen it is better to keep things simple at the beginning focus on writing helpful content learning basic seo and publishing consistently once you have a good foundation you can gradually learn about backlinks and other advanced topics without feeling overwhelmed
