Have you tried those clickbank ads though? I input "wii" as a keyword and got results about dogs and crap.. unless their preview doesn't work like the real deal, then it's pretty crap..

I just hope your AC account isn't tied to a PP account that's linked to your real information because then if they get sued your going to see a lawsuit against you and it will not turn out nice.... For you at least.

If I were you, I would not worry about it. I am not saying this just to make you feel better. I am saying this because I honestly feel that AC will not bother with it.

How many people submit things to them? How many to do they find that aren't original? It is a lot! What would make them bring yours up?

I know what it is like to lose sleep at night because you worry about legal problems. For me, it was more financial problems but I know what you mean.

There is nothing you can do right now. It is a good sign because they have not contacted you for additional details or anything else.

Do you have any idea which article this may have been? Or from which account? That can play a major role.

Anyways, good luck to you and sincerely hope you get out of this one....which I know you will! Good luck to you buddy.
 
I'll try to make this short.

I can guarantee you they will not "come after you". As someone mentioned already, you are nothing but a little pesky nuance to them. Suing someone would cost them thousands and that's for someone in the US, you think they'll pay thousands and thousands of dollars to go after someone in Europe to whom they paid $70 miserable dollars for a couple of articles? Think again.

Stop worrying and start working again.

And by the way, just in case nobody told you before:

STAY UNDER THE RADAR.

Don't go ape shit with your ac spammer or whatever you use.
 
How many views do you spam for your articles? If the number is unexpectedly high for a normal topic, chances are your account wil raise a red flag.

My opinion is similar. You are too minor problem for them to start anythin against you. I bet they have many cases like your on regular basis.
 
I dont think they will suspend your account for no apparent reason. Either you cheated or pissed off someone big time. If you have played by the rules then you have nothing to worry about, just find out what the problem is and offer the honest explanation to answer their concern.

If you cheated then well as the saying goes : If you play with fire you are sure to get your fingers burned...

Well, not to undermine you or anything, but Boosey seems to have a little more experience than you.

And btw, what scares me is not that they in their right mind wouldn't spent thousands of dollars just to get to me for my miserable $70, it is the fact that if by any means they are not in their right mind and they WANT to, they have the resources, the money, and 100% reason on their side to do it, that's why I'm so scared about this, (it is true that it is my first ban in online marketing, and also that's why I really don't know what to expect), it is almost every month now that you see in the news some little nobody that hack, cracked or cheated a big company in some way and then they spend millions in name of justice alone.

Maybe it can be considered as a $450 lesson learned. Regroup and learn how to avoid next time.
 
Cheer up and have a good nite sleep dude, no lawsuit will come your way, $450 is nothing for them and I bet it happens to them everyday.

Time to move on and always have 2-3 money making sources, don't just rely on 1 as you did here. If any one of them fails, you will have other sources to cheer you up.

hope you're right, thanks anyway, well AC wasn't my only source of income, I do some freelance work in article writing, but haven't had that many job offers lately, as of this moment I'm gathering some info on e whoring, the hardest part (from what I can tell) is signing up to a cpa network, if anyone can help in this regard, please do :)
