I wasn't starting any shit, I read the article and the article mentioned how he was being followed and surrounded. If 8-10 people followed you around and then started to surround you, what would you do?

Driving 40 miles in 25 miles zone - I agree, its stupid of me, even though everyone on that part of the road drives even faster because it's empty, straight and no cameras and I was driving with same speed everybody else on the road.

- its orange
- you have short number plate

On the back of the ticket, you may have the option for trial by written declaration, look that up and take it. I've beat several tickets doing this. Check all info on the ticket, is all your info correct? If not, then it can be dismissed.

The fact that your making claims that I don't like a certain group, when in fact I do like said certain group. Shows that you are trying to do some kind of PC shaming for revealing the truth about a public service worker attacked by a group of thugs.

Watch the beginning of the video, It is very similar to the incident in new york a few years ago, the guy was being surrounded by persons before he tried to escape for his safety, and then was attacked.

thanks for the advice, i don't see the trial by written declaration, do they do in NY?
i will plead not guilty anyway

I'm not 100% sure for ny,, this is for california but most states have this. Basically you get to send in a letter, the cop sends in a letter- they usually don't. If they don't you win. If you lose the trial by written declaration you still can go to court and or traffic school. Every time I've gone to court I've won. I might still have to pay, but the judge will usually reduce it to a non mover or no points. Learn the game and you will feel no pain. There used to be a site called the traffic assain back in the day.
