speeding ticket

I am not whining about the ticket itself, but police explanation why I got it. Driving 40 miles in 25 miles zone - I agree, its stupid of me, even though everyone on that part of the road drives even faster because it's empty, straight and no cameras and I was driving with same speed everybody...
