Everybody sucks. Someone called your code as spaghetti? No problem. There's plenty other options to riposte.
My code is spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli and pizza all at the same time!
FEAST!
That's why perfectionists will never write code. You'll always create some sort of a dish. And if you attempt to be perfect, you'll attempt to have NO dish which is impossible.
What truly matters is you keep code fresh, easy to read and documented for maintainability.
Other:
- macaroni code: source files comprised of multiple programming languages;
- stromboli code: sprays from one end if you bite the other;
- campanelle code: built using a framework almost no one has heard of; and
- baklava code: similar to lasagna code, a codebase with too many architectural or abstracted layers.
If you ask me, I like baklava and lasagna. Spaghetti is boring.
