I'm not doing imperative languages like C# and Java, but I could probably answer these questions if I put some effort haha.

He's no engineer!!

At that point he should Google only full books, papers and pdfs like I do.

I think I'm past junior syntax learning stage. I achieved something in life.
I still can't do imperative programming, but that's something that I can put a program together. Most people can't.
And I have my own idea of what could be done in my case, so that means I am an independant thinker which means I have some level of experience.
Something to be happy about.
