JUST CURIOUS!

Hello guys i just wanted to take some opinions from you guys, so the thing is lets suppose a person gets scammed by someone and the reason why he got scammed was that he paid for a service only on the basis that the scammer was a registered member of a reputable online form. But the problem is when it was complained with proof about the scam only on the basis that the deal was not done on the same platform the scammer still remains a registered member of that platform, with all due respect my personal thinking is at the very least his membership should be cancelled from that platform if nothing else can be done because once proven someone taking money and then not delivering and just going blank proves that his is not legit. please share your personal opinions on this thank you.

I see your point but business conducted off the forum, at least this one anyway, is not pursuable on the forum in the event something goes wrong as the deal was never made on the site, if it is and you get scammed, you most certainly can pursue it in the ShitList, and if the accused is in the wrong and not fulfilling their end of the bargain as promised on the forum or in their sales thread, they will be banned to prevent others from being taken on a ride.

well i understand all but as the policy is if the deal is not made on the platform so it wont count and will be rejected, so i am just asking you guys if you know someone has done a crime even if it is done in a different country but he is still called an criminal maybe an international criminla but still so it does not change the fact that the person is wrong and should be punished dont you think so?

That is correct, it will be rejected as the policy states off-forum deals are not pursuable here, as they should not be as you could begin to imagine the number of non-forum issues that would come here if the policy was not as such.

There are many bad eggs out there, and yes, those doing wrong should and likely will face consequences but it is not the responsibility of the forum to take on issues having nothing to do with them, if it is that serious and you believe a member poses risk or harm to the community, just hit up support and let their good judgement go to work.

You were asked if the transaction began on the forum and were unable to show that it was.

We are happy to entertain issues that begin here but without proof we cannot serve you in that respect.

Yes I Agree you did mention that, i as i stated there that the transaction was not on this form so i let go of it, i have only done a post here just to see what everyone thinks about this rule which i believe is no harm in having a conversation about it as i am not stating any particular person on here now.

We do not oversee the entire internet which is why that rule is in place as we can only oversee the forum activities.

What goes on Skype/Telegram/etc is nothing we can manage and, to be honest, I have no idea why people buy from there as you have zero BHW protection if it is a BHW person with whom you are doing business.
