Call PayPal immediately. That's step #1. Call on phone. Explain the problem. Yes, you have a strong chance to get your money back. If you really can't call, then file dispute.

If you get on the phone now PayPal might stop the withdrawal to his bank account. Good luck mate. Hope you get it back

Always message sellers on here in PM to add them to your Skype then confirm by PM again after to be safer.
My Skype is zero like my username on here, as an example.
Hope you get this resolved though.

Pretty convincing scam though. The Skype id I added is setup to con people.
The real service seller said I'm the 3rd person to complain in 3 days. But I'm the only fool who send money.

I did google for you OP and some people have done credit card charge backs. Although I couldn't find how that affected their paypal. Likely very negatively.

He says the office is closed since he is in the UK and it opens at 8am. It's about 10:40pm right now there. Apparently they only open from 8am to 8pm in UK. This is the same where I live in Australia too. It may be 24 hours in the USA.

Almost positive - you can report this through your bank directly as well!
Edit: your bank doesn't care if it's business transaction or friend/fam transaction on paypal, if you're scammed by a fraud/fake account , they can probably dispute the payment directly to PayPal on your behalf

Message PayPal straight away then ring them first thing at 8am mate. Can go either way as in the vape scene there's a lot of scammers who sell stuff they don't have an ask for f&f payment normally around 50/50 as to weather they get there dough back but aways worth doing

Don't forget to mention that the seller forced you into using F&F and you didn't know that this could result in no protection for you
Tell them you've fallen for this scam and that you're a victim.

As someone mentioned say something like Microsoft scam or technical support scam in your dispute, because PayPal and banks are very strict about such payments and chances of getting chargeback are higher for such disputes.

The best thing is to grab the Live code, do not go for just the Skype username!
Skype gives a unique code even if they are million accounts out there with the same username, you can enter just the "Live" code of a memebr and the right person will pop up, and tho verify twice!

I have just actualy spoken to the scammer on skype.
They said lets proceed with the order and they will provide the links. I said no and demanded my money back. They asked me to give them a few days and then left.
I also just spoke to paypal and they said they cannot do anything as it was a personal payment and the transaction is completed.
£110 of the payment came from my debit card so i will ring the bank now and ask if its possible to reverse that.
