No idea about followers, I deliver my own. But way expensive.
And likes... difficult times for IG likes now. No idea man, try Instant-fans.

I am aware of some recent issues but which panels still dont have likes working? I thought everyone was back up again
sadly, justanotherpanel services aren't moving at all for me.
I see you own smmnet.. are you reselling via their api's too ?

igerslike.com (expensive but you wont look anything else again) amazing support, service top quality always. if there are downtimes or problems they are first ones to resolve it. also thepennypanel.com less expensive but service is ok and support is fast
at the moment likes are off due to instagram updates but they say will be up within 24-48h
PS: you cant trust a panel that accepts only BTC and other non refundable payment methods, they obviously do it so you are not able to complain or ask for refund in case the service stop working, not deliver your orders, delivered orders not refilled/drop etc..
We are not linked to api's. JAP is trying to improve services and updates, etc. They have a lot of clients which might cause some delays.

Admin is quite rude as well.. not really helping me with the refills.

I really want to find an alternative place man.
I don't think instant-fans.com is good to use as well.
Top4smm is as expensive.
Smmlite is also slow as hell with no refunds given.. even when they are at fault.
Really, giving up on this man.

I have been observing JAP for awhile, the prices are adjusted low to make you depend on the service with established agreements with your existing clients..
then the hike of prices suddenly comes in.. leaving you no choice but to follow up etc.
Delays for likes and followers keeps on happening.
Despite topping up so much on the account, sometimes the money drops way faster than before.
Ive been topping up at least 200+ a week unlike before..
Sadly, the support ticket has been stalling me all the time.
Argh, I know this sounds foolish, pardon me. but..
I wished there was like a international cyber legal system that would aid or protect us from scamming acts like such.

Search the SL subforum and you'll see they had a whopper in there a little while back.
That is a tough industry and things change rapidly and sometimes the changes by the SM services make no sense, and they make no sense on purpose to keep those who game confused, and doing volume like the providers that have a lot of business end up with much more serious problems than your average Joe.

Yeah, I agree with you.
Thanks for highlighting out.
JAP has always been one of the regular vendors i've used.
But their unethical practice of resolving issues makes it really hard to do long term. Sadly.
