I thought that had been spun but I was worried Pewep might have cursed you and given you brain damage!
AFAIC this is not real meditation. Soaking in feelings, visualizing or feeling any type of energy is not the goal of meditation. The goal is not to visualize, feel or experience anything. That's the whole point of meditating. You don't seek enlightenment, energy, insight or anything.
Op, sorry, but you got the sequence wrong! You missed the all important fifth chakra (called Vishuddhi chakra in Sanskrit language). You should never bypass it and move to the sixth, Agnya chakra. Because the 5th is the one where the actual overall purification begins. The 7th is the crown or Shahahstra-dal chakra, which is still not the ultimate in Kundalini chakras! And just one experience(!) doesn't make you the master of the Kundalini (some call it the divine serpant)... Anyway, enjoy it!
Something close but not exact, but still very informative:

I heard Pewep is making a tulpa so powerful, it will make his mortal enemies kowtow to him when they hear the name Pewep. Are you going to put an ice cube in the oven and melt it just with the power of your mind?
HAD to open a new post for this:
Pewep, you missed the Vishuddhi chakra, the all important one that takes you on to a definite positive route of self-realization. Symbolically, you HAD to!!
Read the link and know why the 5th chakra, the Vishuddhi is important. It, when worked on, helps in stopping you from flowing towards the negatives and helps you concentrate to achieve the goal... that's the one which is the most important to a student of Kundalini imho. The negatives (thoughts including), the body and mind's toxins, the colelction of other external and internal poison is symbolically shown in DEMONS and WITCHES... they being the negative energies, and towards whom you are attracted!
You simply had to miss that chakra! There are no such easy shortcuts in Yoga, especially the Kundalini way of self-realization. There actually is, but it's not available to all! It's like you are symbolically a bulb of 15w power, and are tryng to absorb a million watts into you! Simply not possible... you got to increase your capability and capacity, AND in a systematic way if you are realizing "yourself" through the Way of Kundalini... and it takes time and patience, and wisdom the way we humans know it.
Also, Agnya chakra, the sixth one, is very tricky... you can miss the whole fun if you can't find that real chakra! You had a good experience, but it was not complete. The real way the Kundalini power awakes is beyond comparison. The bliss you feel can't be told in words, at least by us mortals. The sequence it has isn't something to be broken, and thn say I am at 6/7 level! Don't play with the "fire"... but once you are a master, you can "break" the sequence any time without problems to you or others!
That stage can come in a lifetime or can take a thousand. Depends on how you begin the beautiful journey, and how you keep walking on it... Keep an eye on what you want to achieve, and forget those "witches and demons". However helpful they seem to you, they will keep you walking the opposite way on this spiritual path. Take it or leave it.
Anyway, get really away from those witches and demons and then I can be interested in your story... dude! You had a glimpse of what's really "there", just like a trailer! None of your demon friends can take you in that bliss land ever.
You're putting cheese on your chakras bro.

That's the whole point of meditating. You don't seek enlightenment, energy, insight or anything. You go in with 0 goals.
All the real professionals know and practice this type of meditation.
And very few people are able to meditate cause meditation itself has been contaminated with all sorts of religious, hindu & tantric belief systems.
The people who achieve true altered states are the ones who know and understand this.
It is akin to martial arts. And even harder than MA if you ask me. Cause the real "goal" is to decontaminate your consciousness and natural impulses. The goal is to remove the goal. It's to "control" by not controlling. 99% of the time people fail at this. They think mediating is sitting down, focusing on breathing or all the shit you wrote, and seeking out some altered state.
That's not how it works.
You merely sit and exist. You will be assaulted by all sorts of impulses. The impulse to focus on a horizon. To focus on the wind or your breathing. And minute after minute hour after hour... some people will literally go days doing this... you wipe the slate clean. The second something comes you let it go. The longer you sit, the more and more things stop passing through you. They begin to flow around your body. You become one with the world. You reach a point where you forget you even exist.
It is a very difficult, if not almost impossible state to reach. But some people are able to do it with years and years of practice. And once you reach that state, THINGS JUST HAPPEN. Your consciousness becomes so liquefied and uninterrupted it is only after that point where you reach true altered states. It's when consciousness fully releases. And no, I have never been able to achieve this state. But I know some people who have. One described it like a full blown MDMA trip. But it doesn't always go that way. You can be struck with an intense euphoria, empathy.. and wind up in a blissfully beautiful state. You can also wind up dysphoric, hollow, and depressed as fuck.
But the point I'm making, mediation at it's roots, is something you don't control. It may begin with control but it ends up where ever consciousness takes you. And most of the time, it takes you nowhere cause most people don't have the discipline.
Whatever state you achieved.... I won't even address. Let's just say that whatever a person feels, they will immediately seek rationale to justify those feelings. If you feel anxious, you'll rationalize it with something like "well that person looked at me wrong and THAT is why I feel anxious". Same thing with the mediating you're doing. You sat down for 60-90 minutes. Which is like taking a power nap. Then you got up and felt energized. Well, no surprise. I feel that way 90% of the time when I wake up. Problem is... you had to immediately and CONSCIOUSLY rationalize that state into existence. Like, "I feel energetic and blissful cause I meditated", rather than "I feel energetic and blissful cause I didn't do shit for 90 minutes".
Feel free to debate / argue with me. I just believe like most people, you are distorting the roots and foundation of true mediation. And that's not really an issue. If people wanna sit down and focus on shit, then act like they accomplished something meaningful, so be it. As long as they believe they did something important, that's enough confirmation for them. But when I meditate, I have no goals or end state in mind. Whatever happens happens. And to me that is real meditation.

You will lucid dream if you are able to pass through sleep paralysis without waking up from the tapping on your window or that demon reaching for your face.
I think that this would be the tricky part for myself, i had a few sleep paralysis episodes. Some scarier then others. Any way how to avoid them?
@ Pewep, with all your experience in lucid dreaming etc. i have found the ideal affiliate program for you! Or maybe that's your product?? http://luciddreamleaf.com/product/buy-dream-leaf/#oid=1003_1
