Quick update.

So the server is overloaded from me trying to get as many views as possible (hence the 700+ spikes the last week or so) plus having 30, 000 URLs in the system... Videos should still be in promotion but right now but nobody can add new ones.
 
I guess I am a little unlucky...just today I wanted to buy JS. :( I will wait and see what's going to happen, hoping Pete will manage to solve this issue asap.
 
Peter is a good guy who stands behind the product. I know he will get it all worked out as soon as possible.
 
its really frustrating ;-( almost 2 days with the problem, I really hope it will be fixed soon, I have a deadlines (thats why I bought 6, yes 6! licences/subscriptions for the JS)

Absolutely! He stands behind his product 100% and his customer service is second to none. It's a shame his host is messing with him.
 
f0kyt, I know it's frustrating, but Peter's a really good guy and I know that he's working every waking hour to get it up and running again.
 
it is godaddy which is the cause of my frustration not peter! :P
 
I have a suggestion for people offering free views to everyone everyday on these forums. The suggestion is STOP IT! There's one thread on this forum where a user says hey I've got three extra slots a day I can use up - just pm me and I'll give away 3 free a day to any random person.

And there are tons of users doing this. Guys - THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS when you absolutely squeeze every drop of juice out of something. STOP SQUEEZING THE EXTRA DROPLETS.

Because here's whats going to happen - the server is GOING TO GET OVERLOADED. Then the price is going to GO UP for the ongoing service. AND your going to get less for it.

So use what you have WHEN YOU NEED IT and WHEN YOU DON'T NEED IT - DONT ABUSE IT. Don't maximize server resources everyday just because you want to squeeze another drop.

Think of this as a community. And when you don't need to use your limit, DONT USE IT. Because although you might think your helping people, YOUR REALLY HURTING the paying community - and in the long run, your hurting yourself.

If things continue like this, the price will go up for the monthly service and you'll get less for it. And who will be to blame? The abusers!!!

Thats my opinion anyway.

I found this site while trying to figure out what happened to ytjumpstart.

I did some research and it looks like GoDaddy suspended his site as a spam account. What sucks is GoDaddy has a fine they make you pay before you can move the domain.

So, like everyone here I hope he gets it back up and running.

I guess the good news is, I found this site.

I dont get how they can call this spam. I wonder if this is how google decided to try and shut down JS.
 
I think he should raise his rates. Have a smaller select crowd would be less problems.
 
Well it looks as though JS is working again, at least for now. Peter's obviously working really hard at it.

It seems that it is working but i also have a problem with the limits... hope it'll be solved soon...
