i now if u buy Is it just necessary VIP membership? what else is needed? please write in detail

Once you have the Jr.VIP membership you will be able to create a marketplace thread that will undergo an approval process. If/when the thread is approved, you will have to pay $30 annual fee before the thread goes live.
