Jr VIP for a New Account? - with additional payment?

Can a new account get Jr Vip Status, with additional payment? I remember reading somewhere long back that it was available with additional payment.

I recently joined a website investment firm that buys sells Large Websites and also has a large inventory of websites (for guest posts). So need the JrVip status to be able to start a Marketplace Thread and also permission to have signatures to such threads.

Can some mod or @Diamond Damien reply (is that possible?) :)

You can always be a marketplace seller with a new account for additional payment. This will give you a right to sell in here. But JRVIP from a new account is not possible.

You qualify for a Jr Vip account as it stands but there is no shortcut to Jr Vip as to time and posts per policy.

A person can get a Marketplace Seller account if he or she wants to sell on the forum by going here and upgrading if they do not qualify for Jr Vip and want to sell.

BHW Marketplace Seller is what you asked for.

As BTB said, you're eligible for Jr. VIP with this present account. I'm not sure, why you would want a new account, but if it's the username, once you're a Jr. VIP, you can request it to be changed. Other than that, the shortcut is the BHW Marketplace Seller Membership for $499/year.
 
Yes, it's possible. Any newbie can purchase Marketplace Seller upgrade. But, Jr VIP requires some other factors like notability and contribution. So, it's not possible to allow instant upgrades and I don't think if Mods will change it in future. This is to prevent misuse of forum.

Thanks @BassTrackerBoats Just that Marketplace Seller account does not allow signatures :( or can it?

If they don’t want to use your account, who would be representing them on the forum? Last I checked, you weren’t allowed to use more than one account on BHW.

Also make sure you trust them and can handle any disputes that arise. You’d be solely held responsible, not them.

You have more than 100 posts
and you are technically older than me...
So what's stopping you from becoming an Jr VIP ?
Why do you need a new account? You can get a free name chance (once per year) if you upgrade :O

EVEN if you are a Junior Member as now - YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO BUY JrVIP!!!!

If you want a new account then Marketplace Seller is your best bet, and you have signature available also!

I am pretty sure I will be allowed to represent the firm here with a new account, despite having a different personal account.

i thought bhw members can only have 1 account, thats been said for years
ive never heard anything about you can have 2 bhw accounts 1 for personal use and 1
for business, thats news to me and ive been here 13 years and NEVER heard that said b4

When you say it like that, it sounds odd man. It's about reasonable use.

The account will be registered and paid for (BHW Marketplace Seller status) by the firm. I will then manage a sale thread for them. Yes.

You cannot manage the sales thread for them without a Jr Vip membership so please keep that in mind.

@BassTrackerBoats Could you clarify? Are you saying that for me to manage the sale thread using the new account (of the firm), which will have "BHW Marketplace Seller" status, even my personal account will also need to be Jr VIP, even though my personal account will not make any representation or posts on the sale thread.

That is correct.

One cannot manage a sales thread without the proper paid membership.
