[Journey] Week 1 > -64%

Decided to post the journey, maybe can get some tips. This is week 1 of testing on facebook. 5 Products Tested

Adspend - 1200
Rev - 440

Ad Stats (Broad) :
ctr (all campaigns) - 3%
cpc - .85
Notes:

Had an ad do 10% ctr with no conversions. Is this normal?
Typically the products where i did a full test spend (100) ctr would be from 2.5 - 4
I know people have been saying that its been a horrible past few weeks for facebook, but at this roi is my work the problem or the backend process

I think you should work on single product with different ad creative, ad copy, audience targeting and final optimization.
