[Journey] to making money with Youtube

Hey everyone~
After reading a few guides and some lurking, I decided to try my hand at making money with youtube. Because I'm a noob I figured I might as well start a Journey to keep a log and up my post count without spamming xD.

My Journey to making money with Youtube

  • First task was to get unlazy long enough to do stuff... This was a really hard step.:jerry:
    • Complete I hope
  • Pick one of my random gmail accounts I don't really use and make a youtube account with it.
    • Complete, picked one that was made about 5 months ago that surprising didn't end up with much spam going to it. From a few different sites I signed up on.
  • Create a Gaming Channel
    • Created a gaming channel
    • Created Watermark for videos
  • Recorded Game play from a game that you can Monetise
    • Decided to be extra creative and made my Char name the name of the Channel so it might seem more legit.
  • Uploaded Videos
    • Check
  • Add links to a traffic exchange.
    • Check
  • Add videos each day
    • In progress
  • Get Subscribers
    • Not started
  • Get a Partnership with someone that starts with an F or B
    • Not started

That is my basic plan!

Day One-
Uploaded 10 videos
Sent a max of 30 views split between my videos per an hour. From T/E 1. (using ip-rotator rotate the views per ip)
Sent a total of 5 views to each video from another T/E (2).
Recorded more Game play

Day Two-
Uploaded 20 videos
Changed T/E 1 To 40 views per an hour split between all the videos.
Sent a total of 5 views to each video with T/E 2.
Recorded more Game play

What is T/E 1 and T/E 2?

I had a buddy do something similar. He mass posted videos and didn't see much action. Then he read to do it one a day everyday. Couple weeks later he had a lot of views. Something to do with their algo. YMMV

Let us know how it works out for you. I am interested.
 
Hmm T/E 1 is just crummy otohits. Right now
And T/E 2 is a websynic right now.

I most likely will change them at some point. I just had alot of free views on each.

As for the Mass post vs single post thing. I'm just uploading how ever much footage I end up with the day before. I'll most likely start scaling it back once I get to a point where I don't feel like playing the game everyday.
I'm keeping the footage so i can always try again with single uploads each day if this Journey fails xD

OP can i ask something, how do you get money? Since you did not use adsense or you can get money just from the view?
 
Ah I'm not getting money at the moment, I'm going to try to partner with someone like full in a few weeks.
 
Dear, MindlessDrone1, Thanks for sharing these YouTube money making ways. Money making from YouTube is pretty good task. I think newbies will be get more inspiration from your thread. The above description is enough for starting YouTube journey.
I know about a gay, Who was trying to get a job from freelancing site but he failed to receive that task. Sometimes he helped me for deal posting. In last month he told me that he read about BHW money making thread and he inspired for starting YouTube money making journey. He is good at these task. Yesterday, he update that his last 28 days income is $600!!! I was so much surprised. Still I can't believe but definitely he did it. I'm waiting for such newbies who will able to earn such amount.

i think i read it somewhere, the method use keyword research and spam same geographical ip to get into the youtube trending list.

Nope that isn't in the plans.
I haven't done any keyword search the only keywords I'm using is the game name. I also don't plan to bother trying to get in to the trending list. As for spamming the same Geo location. I'm not restricting where my views are coming from. So they are coming from where ever Trade Exchanges sends.
 
Day Four-

Uploaded a few more videos.
Made a Twitter Account and linked it to my channel.

T/E 1 40 views per an hour split between all the videos.
T/E 2 100 views per an hour split between all the videos.
Recorded more Game play

I decided that it most likely a bad idea to keep an exact amount of videos on here in the long run.
Also decided to slow down on my upload speed so I can build up some extra. I'm now uploading somewhere between 2-5 a day.
 
Day Five-

Forgot to upload more videos
Made a few new youtube/gmail accounts and sub my channel


Day Six-
Uploaded more videos
Lost alot a views on 1/4 of my videos ;-; Surprising I didn't lose views than I did.
Recorded More game play.
Noticed I have a few likes now. Go real viewers xD

Day 7-
Lost my subs, learned how long it takes for an account to become inactive. (At least I know for next time.)
Didn't upload
Stop using T/E 2 ran out of minutes

Day 8
Didn't Upload again.
Recorded/ got some ready for upload.

Day 9
Noted that I lose only about half the views from T/E 1 while using ip-router.
Record More videos
Got more videos ready to upload.

Day 10
Uploaded a few videos and set auto? daily videos publish for a week.
Starting to run down my remaining minutes on T/E 1 debating about buying a virtual PC to rack up time for it. Most likely will decided after I flip back to T/E 2 and run out of minutes there.
Debating about trying other things to make this work better.

Also I'm posting less because I haven't really done anything but rack up days / some views.
