All,
I've been a BHW member for a bit now, I've primarily played the background answering a few questions here and there but more often soaking in the lucrative amount of insight this site provides. The IM Journey is probably one of my favorite threads solely because it instills accountability for whoever post the original thread.
[Background]
Just a little background on myself, I'm an entrepreneur (not one of those guys who's unemployed but uses the title to sound cool), I left my corporate position 3 years ago to start a business with a buddy, and we now own a physical location, but my biggest interest has always been the online digital space.
[Goal]
My goal is to take our current business and construct an Affiliate Program from it with 3000+ active affiliates. Just a note, I already have the system and website constructed, now I only need members to join and promote.
[Tools]
- Jarveee - I plan on dedicating 20+ accounts to draw program awareness (#of proxies will match account #)
- Established IG Account - I've already converted a previously ground 33k IG Account to this Brand
-Youtube Influencers - Although they're pricey I plan on utilizing the power of Youtube Influencers to share the opportunity
-Company Email List - Our established company has around 13k subscribers, these customers can also earn as affiliates.
[Obstacles]
-Because my industry is niche and catered to a female audience, this will be a task. I did some affiliate marketing research and learned that men dominate affiliate marketing, so finding enough women affiliates will be a journey
-Activity will be my second biggest obstacle. A lot of people talk the talk, but for this system to work, members will have to walk the walk. So finding motivated affiliates will be a task.
[Action and Updates]
Jarvee will be my day to day "marketer" along with finding a worthwhile Youtuber who will hopefully draw more members into the program. I also plan on utilizing my email subscription list to show benefits and real life success stories in order to draw in more affiliates. I will try my best to make updates twice a twice a month.
[Expenses]
Start-up cost - outside of fees from Jarvee and Youtuber fees, expenses will be minimum ( I already have the products being sold in my store)
[Suggestions]
There's over a billion dollars worth of ideas within this website so any insights or suggestion that individuals may have will be greatly appreciated.
