Journey to $750/day running a Webcam Business and OnlyFans Management

Hello everyone! I have been a member of this forum for way longer than I care to admit and have made fuck all when it comes to money. But all of that is going to change starting with this journey thread.

You see, I'm in a very interesting situation:

I work in construction sales. The commissions are big but take several months to get paid. And since I live in a cold area, it means that we can only build when it's not winter time because of the snow/cold.

So because of this, any jobs that I sign from today to the end of the season, I am unlikely to get paid on until April 2023. This is unacceptable for a few reasons:

1) I don't want to stay here in the winter time and freeze my balls off
2) If I don't stay here, I will probably need to move back in with my parents (which I also don't want to do)

So that means that I have essentially two months to start generating enough money via this webcam/OF business. Otherwise, I will be in an undesirable situation.

Now that you know my backstory, I'm going to lay out my plan. This may change as time goes on, but you know what they say, "A bad plan is better than no plan."

The plan

The plan is broken down into 4 steps:

1. Recruit girls
2. Teach them how to cam
3. Chat with simps and squeeze them dry
4. Drive traffic to their OnlyFans and repeat step 3

Right now, I'm still working on Step 1. I currently have one girl who is ready to get started, but she is sick and we are going to wait until she is 100% healthy again. I have a few more girls in the pipeline that I am trying to close and get started.

How I'm recruiting the girls

So far I'm using the shotgun method and getting them anywhere I can. The one I currently have is actually one I've been dating for a month or so. She told me she did cams sometimes so I pitched her on a 50/50 split and she was immediately down.

Another method I'm using is that I signed up for an adult jobs website. They allow you to message girls who are looking for jobs. So I send them a message pitching them on the arrangement and so far I've gotten about 9 replies. This is after sending 110 messages.

Finally, the third method for recruiting I've been using is Instagram. My IG profile makes me look like a cool guy with a fun life, so I search for specific hashtags and follow/DM girls my pitch. So far I've got one in my city who is super interested and we are supposed to meet today for a coffee to discuss things.

Potential challenges

My biggest challenges that I see here are that girls are flaky and don't have a very good work ethic - usually. I need to find girls who are money-motivated and want to work hard, who don't mind putting in the 5-6 hours a day to cam and drive traffic to their OF.

Also, it makes things much easier if the girls I am recruiting live in my city. I feel like there is more trust and more control when they know you in real life as opposed to just some guy off on the internet somewhere.

Goals/Milestones

My overall goal is $750/day by November 7th.

Current goal is to get my first model to do her first cam session.

Other goals/tasks include:

-Set up agency IG page for cold outreach
-Add some story highlights to my personal page for more credibility
-Send 300-400 cold DMs per day for recruitment
-Make my first $1

Day 2

Yesterday I worked on this project all day. I will give a general update and then answer questions people posted yesterday.

Yesterday's output:

Sent 400 cold messages
Signed up 3 girls under my studio
Built 1 OF (just profile pic and cover photo)
Tentatively scheduled 3-4 additional meetings for today with girls

My main goal right now is to recruit girls. At first, I thought this would be a massive hurdle. Girls are usually more suspicious than guys, I believe, due to their lack of experience. They are generally "taken care of" and don't have to negotiate or make business decisions on their own.

That said, I found that my outreach was pretty successful yesterday.

I sent around 400 cold messages yesterday and got quite a few responses. I did 2 same day interviews and signed up both girls with accounts under my cam studio account. One of them had a little experience, and the other one said she used to cam 8 hours a day for several years (WTF?).

It kind of made me wonder... why would these girls be willing to hand over 100% control and a massive chunk of profits to someone they don't know? The reason is that they don't want to be bothered by tiny details. They just want to be pretty and be on camera. They don't want to text people, they don't want to negotiate, they literally don't want to do shit. They want to be managed because they think doing the managing is actually hard.

I also signed up the third girl yesterday, but she is one that I know from real life. And I am already sleeping with her, so it kind of doesn't count as a "new" lead. But she is super compliant and eager to start, the only problem is that she has been sick for about a week.

However, she texted me yesterday and said that she felt better and was ready to start camming today. I needed to get her set up under my studio, so I went over there and got her signed up from my laptop.

My next step is to get these girls on cam, drive traffic to OF, and build out the rest of the system (chatters, etc).

Thanks G. I thought about this, but since I currently live in the US I don't think I'll do this. Girls are unpredictable and in general it's not a good idea to have them all living with you in a house AND do business with them. All it takes is one crazy bitch to go to the police with some bullshit and it's all over. If I lived in a non Tier 1 country I would consider it, but for now I don't think that's in the cards. But we'll see.

Day 3

Yesterday was a challenging day for me. I had obligations at my construction sales job that kept me out and about for most of the day.

I had an amazing call with a very outgoing girl. Lots of tattoos, high level of fitness, very spunky. I did the call with her and she was all about it, so I signed her up on the spot.

Unfortunately, later in the day she flipped on me and started demanding to know all these personal details about me. She didn't understand why I asked for a picture of her photo ID and asked for a picture of my ID.

The reason I got a picture of her ID was because in order to "sign an agreement" on the cam site, they need to spell their full name in order to electronically sign. Lesson learned - I just need them to give me their full name, not an actual picture of their ID. It's a shame because she had open availability and seemed like she would do well.

Last night, I was supposed to do my first cam with the Colombian girl. But as we are setting up, she wasn't happy with how she looked on camera and said "I have a cloudy appearance."

I told her that we could postpone until tomorrow. We've texted a little bit back and forth today, not sure if she'll actually come through and cam. I kind of wanted to have her walk me through it but 1) I didn't want to seem like I have no idea what I'm doing, and 2) she barely speaks English.

As far as sending cold DMs, I was only able to send about 100 yesterday.

Other than that, today I haven't done much outreach. I spent too long at the gym this morning and had obligations from my construction job.

I have roughly 4 hours until this chick is supposed to cam, and until then I am going to:

Make a new IG page for my studio
Add some pics/vids to my Colombian girl's OF
Send outreach to another 200 girls
Set up an OF for the girl I know in real life
Set up an OF for the weird 22 year old

That's not a bad idea, I didn't think of that. I wouldn't even know where to start looking for that. Is it hard to do? I would totally do that.

That said, OF is not a webcam site. I think you mean like "subscriber" site or whatever OF is.

I am signing them up as affiliates under my studio. But I control the accounts, I have the logins, they just log in and use them. This way I control the money.

How does the cold outreach work? Where are you getting the contact details from?

What are your plans for promoting the girls OF and Cam streams to earn them "enough" money? I would imagine by the sound of it, it's kind of easy to sign these girls up to your management since they seem to want it.
However, if they don't earn any money then they are likely just going to quit.
