This is how I can help you, search for a good network, search for a converting offer, start promoting (pick a traffic source), if you are looking for immediate cash CPA is not advisable as networks have minimums you must reach and others pay on net 30 terms..

I have few questions for you.
1) For promoting cpa offers on Twitter the recommended way is tweets and many good related hashtags?
2) You believe when you automate your twitter actions it will be as good quality as your manual actions? (I'm almost sure that manual it's higher quality than automated but what is your thoughts? )'
3) you're targeting specific GEO location offer or world wide offer?

1-you can use tweets as a strategy or hashtags as a strategy or both, but if you post repetitive content or # with every post you will be banned.
I just use follow unfollow
2- Manual or automated there's no much difference as long as your targeting is the same bro. Just automated route involves bans, cash, and you might risk your domain getting banned on Twitter.
3-my offer is for around 3 countries but I Target followers of certain accounts which are followed by US citizens... ie LOCAL US CELEBS

I don't have the cash flow to be buying accounts, proxies, and domains daily, so this will do for now! Spamming or posting links every 1 minute will get your accounts banned.
Yap it sucks but it's better than scrolling Instagram all day.... Lol....
Once I get the money will either do ads or automation, mostly ads...
