Thank you! And noo, definitely not the first websites lol, these are after around 5-6 months of experience.

I was making websites for clients in
fiverr. I was inactive on fiverr for some time and my gig ranking has gone down. Now I am struggling to find clients.
Anyway good luck with your journey. If you need any help building website on wordpress you can approach me :-D

You better tell us where do you get so much sustainable amount of the clients to achieve that goal, that is big deal in that journey. Not everyone have such connections to make that much money in Bulgaria anyway, correct ? So how does that sounds to you ?;)

Long time, no see - whoops!

It's almost the end of the school year so obviously it's a bit stressful, have to catch up with some stuff.
Other than that - I worked with a friend of mine to get myself some good-looking photos for social media, branding, and the promo video which is now done (personal website will be done soon as well).

So far I got one client for $250 but that's it. It's actually an older client of mine who happened to need my help once again. That's not bad, considering I still haven't started branding and marketing myself.
In reality I just need some more connections like this guy (Since those people own agencies who rely on getting more clients constantly) and I should start getting semi-recurring orders from each one of them, which will stabilize my business.
Being trustworthy has always been my priority and I often find myself doing some little things for free, just as a bonus for them sticking with me and trusting me. It seems to be a working strategy.

Right now, my priority is to focus on school, since I feel a bit threatened that I might not pass the year - no chance I'm staying one year extra in this shithole lol.
Thankfully though, I do have faith in this project and I'll keep doing my best!

Old client coming back for more, huh. That's a great thing. What did you do to acquire that first one? Perhaps you can ask the client for a honest review of your services

As funny as that sounds I literally put a blatant self promotion in a fb group and offered my services for an even cheaper price than my current one. I guess my strategy is to just underprice competitors. Thankfully I'm slowly making my prices higher though, as the quality of my websites also goes up. And yeah thanks for the tip. I think I can get like 4-5 of my past clients to put a review on my page.

Thanks to everyone for the support. No major updates unfortunately. I haven't been working a lot but I've still got some money here and there.
I'll need to somehow combine learning PHP and JS while still getting some clients here and there. So the plan is a bit changed, but still the same overall.

Any update?
Hi, I only got 3 orders x $250 so far since I've been focusing on my studies. I just passed the year today so I'll finally be able to focus on work more, as the summer vacation begins.

Solid plan, consider making a website design with photoshop to save you cash untill aproved and send images samples to business in your local area if you plan on doing this in bulk and offer them some sort of discounts, support, maintenance etc it will help you too good luck .
Really good idea. I'll take a look at doing this as well.
