Journey to 100k subscribers [YouTube]

Hey everyone!
I decided to start journey to 100k subscribers on Youtube.
If I find time, I'll update it everyday. Nice to see your own progress haha

At the beginnig.. I'm 18 years old. I live in Poland so English isn't my native language. Sorry for all mistakes. I'm doing it for fun but it would be nice to earn some money from it.

I won't reveal my niche. All I can tell is that the competition is big. Its hard to rank.
At the moment (1st August 2017) I have 70.900 subscribers and 31.700.000 views.

My real time analytics from now:

Subs earned today: 34
Subs earned yesterday: 60 (Don't know why but YouTube deleted all the subs gained yesterday?)

The channel was inactive for several months but it will change now. I'm going to upload new video today.

Any advices would be appreciated of course.. You can ask me anything - I'll answer.

This is always my problem.

You guys come on here and drop very vague information and call it journey.

No one wants your niche, but if you want people to learn, you have to be a bit more focused.

Update #1

So its the time to first update guys!

I'm active on the channel now (motivated so much). Going to upload new videos today too.
Subscribers gained yesterday: 111 (01/08/2017)

and today (02/08/2017) we hit 71k subs!

Another important thing it that Youtube removed a copyright strike (which was fake) yesterday. Now I only have one community guidelines strike (I was streaming). It will expire on 01/09/2017.

Yes. It was a long way. I made that channel in 2012. I was uploading videos but also I had some breaks.
Regularity and patience is they key here.

Upload videos every 2 days. Use catchy titles and thumbnails. They key is regularity and patience as I said. Quality of the video is also important. Find your niche (low competition with high amount of searches) and try, maybe you will succeed

I have around 320k views and 2k subs...got this over a period of 6 months...how is this progress? will i be able to make it?

Time for update!

Yesterday was a bad day. Had much problems with internet. Was something wrong with my ISP (had excellent download but upload was 0.00 mb LOL

)

... but managed to upload some videos before it.
So lets go to the stats. Subscribers gained yesterday: 61

Is your Youtube channel targeted at a polish audience or english audience? Having 70K subscribers is something that you can monetize really well so good luck!

Thanks! English audience mostly. Going to make my own website today. I'm earning money from views actually. I've got an email today that I can get money from app promotion. It will be 10 euros per video, so why not to try! Do you have any ideas, I could monetize it in other ways?

Do you do any PPC advertising on YouTube? I'm thinking about giving it a go, but my Niche is quite popular so I imagine it being costly per click.

10 euros per video seems really low. How many views are you getting per video? I think you can join a cpa network and get paid $1-3 per download. You will make much more.

2 last days was amazing!

Don't know if I find time to upload video today. If not I'll upload a video tomorrow for sure.
Subscribers are rising so high now

It's 71.732 today (07/07/2017). It was 71.351 yesterday - 400 subs in one day? I like it!

32 042 400 total views at the moment.

Yeah, its low for me too but its better than nothing! You can see how many views i'm making now. Which CPA network do you recommend?

I've only worked with Maxbounty in the CPA world but I am sure you can find a better one as well depending on your niche. Not that Maxbounty is not good, they are great but it depends on your niche.

You have 500K views in 2 days, you should be making at least $1K with CPA in my opinion.
