Sounds like a solid strategy.
The Firefox portable + CookieSwap + FoxyProxy is great for creating, developing and warming up accounts.
I don't see the point of using CCleaner between different accounts sessions, though. CCleaner would just wipe out your profiles cookies, so it kinda defeats the purpose of using the profile manager in the first place. You might as well just use an incognito tab. Don't clean cookies between sessions. Just Log out, close the Facebook.com tab, switch proxy, switch FF profile, type facebook.com and log in with the next account. You can also get another extension that might be of some help -
