[JOURNEY] Starting Onlyfans Agency

Hi BHW community,

I would like to start an OnlyFans agency. Currently, I mainly focus on automating tasks and other things. I earn from automation in MMORPG games, but it's difficult for me to scale. That's why I want to start a bigger business, such as an OnlyFans agency.

What i did so far :

- Created a IG page for my Onlyfans Agency (Bought 20k followers and added some posts lucky me that i had already some account which already posted similiar niche so the profile doesn't look new)
- Scraped 7000 usernames of the girls which could be interested in creating Onlyfans. (Bikini girls, girls which like to travel etc.)
- Created a script to DM to the girls from the list so far did like 100dms and get limitation from Instagram


Next Steps :

- Find a 1-2 models MAX to focus on them 100%
- Buy multiple proxies (You guys can offer me some cheap service) + IG accounts which would be ok to DM to potential models.
- Run ads on Instagram (How should i set them for getting traffic to the profile or message or traffic to the website, also which countries should i target and what age of audience? )

My Goals :

- Scale to $10,000 per month in profits



If you have any other suggestions on how to find the model, even if it involves spending money, or if you have any ideas on automating the scaling process later on, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!

Ah interesting journey,

few things why did you bought follower when fake/bot followers never give you an engagement at all but in real you need engagement the most inorder to make this work and secondly how would you send that 7000 scraped users DM when IG never allowed you to do that and you already got the limitation right after sending 100dms only
 
About scraping i can scrape any follower list/following list/similiar profiles and stuff like that except. Tags without any limitations about the followers i just read that is the must have to run agency i guess it looks better if profile with 20k followers writing you than 200 followers.

I found 2 models (I wanted to get 1 but both of them message me at the same time so i decide to try with both at the same time)
I got some questions about next steps :

Questions :

1. Should i buy proxy if it's only 1-2 models?
2. What's better to use adspower or dolphin?
3. How should i setup the payments i was thinking to create Skrill on her name and get money in crypto anyone do that in the past?
4. How many posts should i add on the profile before marketing?
5. Should i fix likes under those posts so the profile looks aged?

Next Steps :

- Create a tool to repost tiktoks to other platforms
- Setup social medias and warmup the accounts before marketing
- Create automation to do mother slave method on multiple platforms

100% it is, there are better ways to make money obviously but my journey is a bit bigger than what i posted even here i have so far like 10-15 ideas how to connect the OFM to monetize it even more.
OFM it's just beggining from which i have to start to achieve my other goals.
Right now just making sure that i grow the agency quick and then i'm gonna post here my other goals.

I was thinking about runnings ads on facebook with cloaking propably will get banned but maybe can get some fans before ban but have to get still some information how to set the ads in correct way to be able to get approved.

A strategy that worked for me back in the day was contacting girls on multiple XXX tubes, such as Pornhub and Xhamster. Give them some tips and encouragement here and there and they'll at least LISTEN to your offer.

I don't know about girls on Instagram/Snapchat. They MAY appear interested in going full OF mode but that's not a given IMO. Some may even report you (happened to me).

Girls already working on their adult tubes just need some direction since they at least know WHAT to do, they just need a HOW.

Yeah, not autopilot at all but since you decided to hard-focus on 1-2 models I believe a good targeted approach is going to work wonders in the short term.

Im not experienced in that field, so I can't answer your Question:
But I have 2 Points I would like to ask you/give you probably an Idee:

Question: Congrats on finding your Models so fast! Still, I would probably like to know how you approached them because this first message on IG seems to be so powerful that you converted them to potential Models (why Potential: just because they have not done any work as of now). That's really great! Especially with your automation approach, I guess you are at least a bit Techy.
Idea: It's obviously simple for you to write this script for your social media postings, but what do you think about Hootsuite as a tool? It could also be another inexpensive tool.

Regarding Payments: In this context, I often hear about Skrill with Crypto, but as far as I know, I would stick with that since it's also cost-efficient.

Btw. another point: How do you think about Chatters? Because you did not mention it, are there Plans to Scout them if yes - How many do you hire for each Model? And is OF the first social where you start, or do you also think about other platforms like Patraeon?

I did spam DM's + run IG ads (i already turned off them) so far from those 2 models only 1 passed verification so we will see if the second will be still interested.
About making a tools i don't want to monetize that, it's simple scripts i'm not super good tech but i learnt about automations to the games some years ago which gave me also way to make money and now i can use that to those social media automations which are not hard.
About chatters yes i as soon i will get some amount of the fans/revenue i will think about them cuz i want to focus on marketing but right now i will do the chatting solo.
