[Journey] Quit Smoking

what about smoking 100 ciggy a day ,easy to lose interest and quit it or we will leave it unconsciously
I don't think that it will work,

You will just get used to it, that's just it.

Good luck mate, you can check out Allan Carr Easy way For Some Insight.

I had to quit drinking alcohol to quit cigarettes. If something causes you to crave a cigarette you should stop that for a while (or forever) too.

Godspeed! Also quit smoking not-cold-turkey, but slowly reducing intake, at 1 cig per day it really got annoying and abandoned it for good.

I do miss smoking while driving time to time, it was nice time waster. BUT health benefits are better so...

On the contrary, I'll never quit smoking until I die
I don't want to have a healthy death
But still, do whatever is best for you

Interesting,

Why you don't want to die healthy?

What benefits does cigarette have for you?

Little update:

It's been 18h without a cigarette,

Not much progress in health,

Had an awful cravings, 4 times, it lasted for 30 minutes, this happens if I'm alone,

But it's easier and easier.

14 years. This is a big step for you brother. I hope you make it. Thanks for also sharing it here. Hope this journey let others quit smoking too. Good luck for all.

I quit after 28 years. I did try to quit many times The biggest problem I found after a few days was anger.

Good to go mate, I am sure it takes some time but it's worth it.

It's been almost 48 hours, sometimes I have a thoughts that it's not worth it, and it's better to be smoker, I know that it's a nicotine addiction which tells me that, but it's hard to handle...

Remember that nicotine withdrawal peaks at day 3, after day 3 it will get easier. Trust the process. Keep us updated!

Wish you good luck!
I want to get rid of this habit too. I’ll try to quit with you. I have tried it earlier, but didn’t get any success. I hope this time I will do it.
