[Journey] Goodbye nicotine

I don't plan on updating too often but so far I'm fine. Giving up on something that has been with me for nearly ten years

Today I had a bit of a craving and was about to have a cigarette but I realized I was in an air-conditioned room. Put it down and keep working :3

Good luck on the journey.

I was a heavy smoker myself 50 cigarettes a day. Mostly back to to back.

I am off nicotine for 5 years now.

The key is the first 1 month. Drink lots of water, juices and liquids. Don't get into patches or the gums they lead you back to Cigarettes.

If you can tell your friends and close ones you quit that way there is some pressure from outside

I think the key to giving up is to stay away from places where you can find them, if you can't avoid them try to find something like dessert, especially drink lots of water. I myself often get dry mouth when using tobacco so I think water plays a very important role
