[Journey] GEO Generative Engine Optimization web site building machine road to 100+

I'm building something I've been thinking about for years. Let me tell you about it.

0/ But first who am I?

Not a developer by training.

I've been hustling online for years:
→ Selling services on the internet
→ Publishing Android apps
→ Building WordPress websites for clients

I know how to make things work online.
I just never built my own software from scratch.

Until now.
I'm vibe coding. I use AI to build things I couldn't build alone. new superpower.

1/ The problem I kept seeing:

Every niche website needs content.
Good content takes time.
Time is the one thing you never have enough of.

So I asked myself what if I built the machine instead of feeding it?

2/ What I'm building:

A multi-tenant AI publishing platform.

One codebase. Multiple niche websites. One admin dashboard to control all of them.

The AI writes the articles. The AI optimizes them. The AI generates the images.

I just manage the keywords and the strategy.

3/ This isn't just another AI content tool.

Most tools give you a text box and a button.

I'm building a full pipeline:

Stage 0 → SERP analysis (reads the competition first)
Stage 1 → Writer agent
Stage 2 → Humanizer agent
Stage 3 → SEO agent
Stage 4 → Image agent

Every article goes through all 5 stages automatically.

Most people build for 2022 SEO.
I'm building for 2026 GEO.

GEO = Generative Engine Optimization.

AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews are the new search.
Your content needs to be cited by AI, not just ranked by Google.

This platform is built for that world.

7/ The target:

Launch 5 niche sites in different languages and geos in the next 90 days.

Let the AI pipeline run daily.
Monitor rankings and AI citations weekly.
Reinvest ad revenue into more domains.

The goal isn't one website.
The goal is a compounding content machine.

8/ Why I'm sharing this publicly:

Building in public keeps me accountable.
Documenting the journey forces clarity.
And maybe someone else can learn from what I'm doing or tell me what I'm doing wrong.

This is day one of going live.
Current state. As for now,

Investment: $50 for cloud code APIs, $10 for OVH VPS, $10 for domain names.
Current Earnings: $0-
Goal: The main goal for me is to build not to make money for now, but the general overview, each website I build, must make 1$ a day.

- I managed to create the platform.
- Each new website created has a must have pages generated directly ( contact/privacy/,,,)
- Every section is working perfectly, with no errors or issues.
- I also managed to generate articles with all the APIs and pepline steps.

Cost API rise to 100$ in tottal

Next : fix link building inside articles , force the quality of articles to 80% as for now the pipeline doesnt approve articles under 80% left them in draft . only articles with quality over 80% are published directly .
implementing open router to test other LLMs in order to reduce the cost and be more flexible as for now all work is done with Claude 4,6

Image generation needs A LOT of work.
Articles aren't using headers (H2, H3, etc)
Formatting looks really poor in the articles, hard to read.
Humanizing not working properly, majority of AI detectors still detecting it as AI.

Just some points I found as I looked at your test website. Fix those and it might cook

you 100% right , i just tested with ai article detector most of articles are not good , have changed the Humized.js file (with a two-pass approach, aggressive burstiness, em dash/ellipsis cleanup, and a post-processing step that strips AI-signature patterns ,,, for image im using cloud flare workers to reduce the cost but isnt that good i will move to nano banana ,,,, working on other elements ,, thank you for your notes

Read online some prompts people use to improve "humanization" of content produced by AI there's a lot of ways to improve it beyond the usual ones you mentioned
Inevitably some of the aggressive detectors will always detect it but you can get it to bypass 60%+ of all detectors.

Yep that has some good ones. I suggest you thoroughly test them because adding some of them can drastically change how the article reads and it may not be what you intended.

I read a medium article a while ago that went even deeper on humanizing through prompts but I can't remember which one it was but it was my best source at the time

i did fix the articles structure and add Link building
what im working on now is adding a master Google searsh console key so i have not to add each new website manually to gsc
Google Search will be my analytics engine, = > clicks, impressions, average position, which pages rank for which queries.

Yea im running it on 4 websites currently but vwry fresh domains so hard to tell if working or not

-made changes to layout design of the Admin dashboard
-we have the option now to connect AI from open router for each agent
-made chnage for agent that generate articles that look more SEO oriented and more optimised (thanks to Spectrejoe)
