    Hi,

I'm a web developer. My web development career is going quite good so far. I still wanted to start a blog of my own. Since a year or so I had been following BHW reading journey's. Finally , 2 months back I started my own blog.
I took the niche as health , yes it is oversaturated but I wanted to start a health niche blog even when I didn't know enough about internet marketing.
I get articles done from a friend, articles are well researched.I do my own research too on the topic before giving topics to the article writer but I can't write somehow I find it doesn't interest me.If it did I would've started a programming blog instead. Anyway, It's been 2 months and I don't think this is going anywhere. My seo is not too strong, I'm just following the basics.
    So far :-
Few keywords rank between 15-40 which I know is not up to the mark obviously.
I'm sharing on Facebook groups, Pinterest group boards,Google plus groups, Twitter and stumbleupon.
Still there is not enough traffic. In a month $7 through Google Adsense . I'm also promoting related Amazon products.
I've not invested in backlinks as yet.I need your suggestions on senuke OR similar software. Currently don't want to invest in backlinks. Although it is very important.
    Current Status:-
    Website visits - 300-400 visits/day
    Facebook likes -1500
    Pinterest- 500
    Twitter-2000

    Other accounts-
Facebook -350 ( organic likes ), 6000 (fake likes mostly)
Twitter- 5500, 10000,2000 ( three accounts mix audience, mostly not related to website niche)
    Pinterest- 1400 , 700, 4500 ( banned now, only two are existing)
When I started I thought Pinterest group boards will be quite lucrative but it seems to contribute least to the traffic.

I need some genuine suggestions on how to improve. I took feedback from number of people on design and article quality it has been good as of now. I think the issue is because of seo.

    All the suggestions are welcome.

Just hire a cheap VA to post sometimes on these forums and you are fine.

Well, being in a big and saturated niche is not necessarily a bad thing. This means that there is a lot of traffic and lots of long tails that you can try to rank.

If you get 7$ per 12'000 visits with AdSense, you either have very poor ad placement or terribly low CPC.

If I were at your position, I would try optimize the earnings from current traffic (experiment with ad placements and styles, also don't forget mobile) and in the meantime, build some quality web 2.0 for backlinks for the keyword that ranks currently the highest to bring it to the first page.

Actually I've made a mistake in considering traffic. It is actually 50-100 only the average traffic(300-400) that was calculated was high because just one post because just one post became popular around 2000 views rest of them had pretty low view . so my bad, consider the traffic 50-100 and will work on backlinks now , can I get suggestion on any services from BHW economic backlinks which actually works , I bought a cheap service $10 backlinks which didn't work or will it be better if I opt a software like senuke ?
