Hello everyone.
I have started a journey to $5,000/month in email B2B outreach.
My plan is to send emails to business owners and offer to increase sales for his business. And then sell leads to marketers who do Facebook/Instagram ads.

I use PowerMTA on my VPS server and domain to send emails; I do not use email delivery platforms like Mailgun.

I do not use any links in my first/second emails, because for mail services like Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo, a link is a trigger.

I could sell on my first email, for example, "Hello. My name is ..., I am a marketer and offer to increase sales in your business..." I could use spintax and send 1 000 (5 000 emails, 10 000 emails) non-personalized emails, but there are a few disadvantages:
- Low "replay rate". Sent 1000 emails and got 1-2 replays. It is a trigger for Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo; they mark me as a spammer.
- High "report spam". Sent 1000 emails and got a 1-5% report as spam. It is also a trigger.

I plan to send emails like "Hello. Do you do bathroom renovation?" And wait for the answer. If the owner/manager replies, "Yes, I do," I send a second email: "Hi again. Great to hear that you work on..." and offer a "free lead generation forecast" (lead magnet). There are a few advantages:
- High "replay rate"
- Low "report spam" I think the "report spam" will be more than 0%, but less than in the case when I sell on my first email.

I do it right now manually. I have found and sent 80 B2B emails manually. I got 12 replies like "Yes, I do bathroom renovations." I sent them the lead magnet offer and got a few rejections like "I'm not interested."
I think for a sales funnel I have to send more emails.
My goal is
80 emails, 12 replays, 0.2 leads
800 emails, 120 replays, 2 leads
...

If a business owner does not answer to his clients, he does not answer to salesmen like me. And I sent only 12 sales emails, not 80. Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo do not like sales emails.

I search for B2B contacts manually. And send emails also manually. It takes a lot of time.

I want to automate two tasks:
- Finding b2b contacts
- Sending personalized emails (visiting business websites and writing personalized emails take a lot of time)

A few days ago I have installed openclaw and created two agents. Setuping right now these agents.

I'm not an email-sending expert. What would you recommend?

Your approach is wrong, unless you send the emails very very slowly you will be having hard time sending inbox with your setup even if you warmup your domain. There is no server setup which fits for all (Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo). You setup can be a good fit for web panel based email hosts as they are generally easy to inbox with such setup.

Another questions:-
Where will you be selling these leads ?

I have warmed up my domain/ip. And right now my emails got to inbox folder, not spam.
I will find marketers who do facebook ads (on Fiver for example), and offer them leads for free, and I will receive a commission from the sale.
